Ordering Process
The user of the online store who attempts to place an order can first, if they wish, follow the process of registering a user in the online store described below, by obtaining a username and password, in order to then be recognized and to be identified by our online store, for security reasons regarding their transactions in the future. Otherwise, they can register their order as a simple guest. The respective order is placed through the special form in the online store (“order cart”), in which they register the products they wish to be supplied. The order is not binding on the company until it confirms the acceptance thereof as indicated below.
The ordering process includes 6 stages:

The customer is guided step per step until the completion of the order automatically by the system. The order is stored in the customer’s account (provided they keep an account on the website). An order confirmation email is sent to the customer’s email address. Before completing the order, the customer is given the opportunity to check and modify their order.
Before placing the order, the customer must be informed and accept the present Terms and Conditions of Purchases, as well as the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Sending the order for approval to IDISME is a statement of acceptance and consent for all charges charged in the order.
PAYMENT METHODS
There are three alternative payment methods available:
- By bank deposit in the bank account held by IDISME with the National Bank of Greece.
- Cash on delivery according to the cash on delivery system applied by the respective shipping company, and
- By debit/credit card or via Paypal
SHIPPING CHARGES
The total price of the goods of the order, including VAT and any other fee, reflects all additional shipping, delivery or postage charges (also calculated in the body of the order).
The prices on the display page of each product in the online store do not include the shipping costs, which are then calculated on the order page.
Confirmation of order receipt
Each order of the user/customer is always followed by an automated e-mail message, within a short period of time, on behalf of IDISME, which includes the confirmation of the receipt of the order and repeats its content. This e-mail from the company is only a confirmation that the order has been received with the content mentioned and in no case does it constitute acceptance of the order or agreement to the terms of sale.
Order Acceptance - Drafting of the sale
After receiving the order and the above confirmation of receipt, if IDISME ascertains the availability of the item and the correctness of the order and the absence of any errors in the online store regarding the pricing of items, their characteristics, etc. , it will send a new e-mail to confirm the acceptance of the order, its content, the drafting of the sale and the expected delivery time of the item as already announced before the submission of the order, in which case and only the sale is considered completed and generates claims from both sides. If acceptance by the customer of additional shipping charges is pending, this is always agreed before the final approval of the order by IDISME through a phone contact with the customer.
The customer also has the opportunity to be informed about the progress of the order, either by phone or by sending an email.
Withdrawal Statement
If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is for personal use only, you have the right to return the product you have purchased from our website, within 14 calendar days from the issuance of the retail receipt.
The right of withdrawal is valid if:
- The product is in its original condition and in its original packaging without any signs of violation or use of the product.
- The relevant statement is made before the expiration of the 14 days deadline from its delivery to you.
Shipping charges: Shipping costs for the return of products are borne by the customer /consumer.
Check & Refund: after the product is received by us, and after checking and ascertaining its good condition according to the above, we will refund to you, in full, the price you have paid for the specific purchase, in the same way that you had paid it.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
In case of receipt of a defective product, the customer should contact us either by phone or by e-mail to request its replacement. IDISME will replace the product if the product is available, bearing the receipt-delivery costs, otherwise, in case of lack of availability, it will refund its purchase price and any other amount that the customer may have been charged for receiving the order.
Return due to delivery of incorrect product
In case the product we sent you is different from the one you ordered, you can return it within three (3) working days from its delivery to you free of charge. The return of the product, in this case, can be done only if the product is in its original condition and with completely authentic intact packaging.
Pricing Policy
Online store prices are subject to change at any time without notice. IDISME shall not bear any responsibility and shall not cover differences in the prices of products purchased from a physical store whereby the Customer found afterwards the possibility of a lower price in its online store or vice versa.
